• Venue owners see the name and contact details of players who book their venues
• Players see venue details, availability, and host names for sessions they join
• Session participants see the names and profiles of other confirmed participants

We also use trusted third-party service providers (cloud hosting, email delivery) bound by data processing agreements. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal obligations. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
