Read โBy accessing or using Lamma Sport ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including players, venue ownerss, and any other individuals who access the platform.
Lamma Sport is a platform that enables users to:
You must register an account to access core features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at omartakroire@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Venue listings are subject to approval by Lamma Sport before becoming publicly visible.
All bookings made through Lamma Sport are subject to the venue owner's availability and confirmation. Payment terms, including pricing and any applicable fees, are displayed at the time of booking.
By completing a booking, you agree to the venue's specific terms, including any cancellation conditions. Disputes between players and venue owners should first be attempted to be resolved directly; Lamma Sport may assist in mediation but is not liable for the outcome of individual bookings.
Players may create or join open sessions to find other participants for sports activities. Session organisers are responsible for ensuring the session complies with the venue's rules and any applicable sporting regulations. Lamma Sport does not guarantee the conduct of other participants and is not liable for incidents that occur during sessions.
You agree not to:
Lamma Sport and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lamma Sport and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit, including venue descriptions and session details, and grant Lamma Sport a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lamma Sport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injuries sustained during booked sessions, disputes between users, or venue cancellations. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at omartakroire@gmail.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated.
