1. Our Commitment

We want every booking on Lamma Sport to be a great experience. If something goes wrong, we will always try to find a fair resolution. Please contact us at omartakroire@gmail.com and we will respond within 2 business days.

2. Booking Cancellations by Players

Cancellation and refund eligibility for venue bookings depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made:

  • More than 24 hours before the slot start time: Full refund to your original payment method.
  • Between 12 and 24 hours before the slot start time: 50% refund.
  • Less than 12 hours before the slot start time: No refund. The booking is considered fulfilled.

To cancel a booking, go to My Bookings in your account and select the booking you wish to cancel.

3. Cancellations by Venue Owners

If a venue owner cancels a confirmed booking, the player will receive a full refund automatically. Repeated cancellations by venue owners may result in suspension of their listing.

4. Open Sessions

If an open session is cancelled by the host, all participants who paid to join will receive a full refund. If a participant withdraws from a session:

  • More than 24 hours before the session: Full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund, as the host may have relied on the confirmed headcount.

5. Events and Tournaments

Refund eligibility for event registrations is set by the session host and displayed at the time of registration. Lamma Sport will clearly show the refund window before you confirm payment. If an event is cancelled by the host, all registrants receive a full refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

For automatic cancellations (within the eligible window), refunds are processed without needing to contact us. For all other refund requests, email omartakroire@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The booking or session reference
  • The date of the booking
  • A brief reason

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation requests made outside the eligible time window
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
  • No-shows where the player did not attend a confirmed booking
  • Disputes arising from player-to-player conflicts during a session

If your situation falls outside this policy but you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us โ€” we review all cases individually.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how a refund request was handled, email omartakroire@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
